Chicago Auto Show 2024 Dates, Tickets & Price
The Chicago Automobile Trade Association (CATA) has announced plans for the public show at the Chicago Auto Show in 2024. The largest auto show in North America is held annually in February at Chicago’s McCormick Place Convention Center, known as the Chicago Auto Show.
There will be almost 1,000 diverse vehicles showcased in total. Despite the pandemic, the Chicago Auto Show remained uninterrupted and returned in 2023 with its traditional two-hall setup. The event saw an impressive growth in attendance, with over 300,000 attendees in total, which is 100,000 more than the previous year.
The 2024 Auto Show will have special-themed days included.
On February 11th, the Auto Show is hosting a game day. Attendees can receive a discount by wearing sports team apparel.
On Tuesday, February 13, Automotive Career Day will take place inviting students of all ages to learn about industry careers and purchase advanced tickets at a discounted price of $10 per ticket.
Attendees of the Chicago Auto Show can get a $5 voucher off regular admission from Feb. 14 to Feb. 16 by donating three cans of food to A Safe Haven’s Food Bank.
On February 14, attendees with applicable IDs can get $5 off regular admission for First Responders and Military Appreciation Day.
On Monday, February 19th, the Daily Herald will host Family Day. The event will feature family fun and programming and coincide with Presidents’ Day, which is a school holiday for many kids.
The 2024 Chicago Auto Show will be accompanied by the return of the popular Chicago Friday Night Flights, an event featuring a wide variety of local craft beers. Additionally, the show will host the Toyota Miles Per Hour run, a unique opportunity for runners to explore the auto show through a 2.4-mile loop inside McCormick Place before it opens to the public.
The black-tie charity gala, First Look for Charity, is scheduled for the evening of Friday, February 9, at McCormick Place. Since its inception, First Look for Charity has raised $60 million for local charities in the Chicago area. The event will feature gourmet food and beverages, musical entertainment, and the opportunity to win a brand-new 2024 Chevrolet Blazer.
